Golfers took parking spaces, never enough washrags, cleaner left a glove on our chair, hot
tub faucet was loose.

Cleaning lady couldn't speak English very well, bathtub was in bad shape!

The room was very small and old & hard to get to.

Service for water problem was poor.

This hotel was clean, but starting to show its dating. Hot water was shut off with no warning, nor fast action to rectify or compensate. Room was musty.

Attractive grounds, quiet rooms, comfortable bed, responsive staff, great restaurant.

Clogged toilet, no DVD player, outdated decor, awkward half shower door with no curtain caused a flood in bathroom.

Hotel is clean, decent and in a good location. Bed was comfortable. The plumbing needs work as they had to move us out of our first room and then our second room because of clogged toilets. The shower situation is a big problem. There was no shower curtain and the half shower door did little to keep water from flooding the floor and the carpet in the adjacent room.
